Refund & Payment Policy

At Caspi Accounting, we believe in transparent and fair payment practices.
By making a payment or booking an appointment through our website, you agree to the following terms.

All appointments require a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
This deposit confirms your reservation and will be applied toward your total service cost.
If additional fees apply after your case review, the remaining balance will be due upon completion of the service.

• Appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
   
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
   
• Deposits may be transferred once to a new appointment if properly rescheduled.
   

All payments made through the Caspi Accounting website are non-refundable.
This includes deposits, service retainers, and tax preparation fees.
Refunds are only considered in cases of duplicate payments or verified billing errors.

Payments made on this website are securely processed through GoDaddy Payments.
Your payment details are encrypted and never stored by Caspi Accounting.
All transactions are handled over a secure connection to protect your financial information.
